I think you make mistakes when you start to panic about the time because you want to get whatever you’re doing done in time so you rush. When you rush and dont take your time, you make mistakes. You are not fully focused on the task but instead on the time.
I’m glad that you have reflected. You tend to find, when you start panicking about the time, you start to make mistakes.
