After watching some jr bake off on catch up TV, me and my mum made this vegan banana and chocolate bread. Well it’s called a bread but really it’s a cake! I made some stuffed medjool dates and my mum made a vegan caramel sauce and we drizzled that over the top of the cake with chopped toasted pecans. It was soooo gooood! 😀
